LeDuc Restock Alerts vs Notify Me!
I'm Tyler, and I make LeDuc Restock Alerts. Notify Me! is a much broader app than mine: restock alerts by email, SMS, push or WhatsApp, plus pre-orders, wishlists, low stock alerts and many languages. Mine does one job, back in stock emails, for one flat price with unlimited alerts on the paid plan. Below is a side-by-side using only what the Notify Me! App Store listing says and what my app actually does, so you can pick the one that fits your store.

Prices checked 2026-11-04 from the App Store listing. Plans change; check their listing for current prices. On that date their listing also showed a limited-time BFCM offer on each paid plan. "Not listed" means their listing doesn't mention it, not that the app can't do it.
What theirs does that mine doesn't
- More channels. Their listing says shoppers get restock alerts by email, SMS, push or WhatsApp. Mine sends email only.
- Pre-orders. Including partial payments and presales for coming soon drops. Mine has no pre-orders.
- Wishlists and low stock alerts. Mine has neither.
- Languages. Their listing names 13 languages. Mine is English only.
- Integrations. Klaviyo, Omnisend, MailChimp, Shopify Flow, PushOwl, PageFly, Nosto and more, plus an API and MCP for AI agents. Mine has no integrations.
- Onboarding help. Their listing offers free 1:1 online onboarding and full customization on request.
If you need any of those, their app is the better choice, and I'd rather tell you that here than have you install mine and find out.
When mine is the better fit
- You want a flat price with no counting. Pro is $9.99 a month for unlimited alerts, with the price on the App Store listing. There are no per-message or overage charges.
- You only need back in stock emails. Shoppers tap "Notify me when available", and the email goes out within seconds of a restock, with a 10-minute safety re-check in case Shopify's update is missed.
- You want every feature on the free plan. The free plan's only limit is 50 alerts a month. Email design, store-name sender with replies to your inbox, CSV import and export, click tracking and the Most wanted list are all included.
- You're bringing a list with you. CSV import is built in.
How to switch
- If your current app can export subscribers as CSV, export them and keep the file. If it can't, you can still switch, but existing sign-ups won't carry over.
- Install LeDuc Restock Alerts and open Subscribers → Import CSV. The file needs the columns
emailandvariant_id, and optionallyproduct_id. Up to 5,000 rows per file; rows already in the app are skipped. - On the app's home page, click Turn it on to enable the Notify me embed, then save your theme.
- Turn off Notify Me!'s button, or uninstall it, so shoppers see only one Notify me button. If you use its pre-orders or wishlists, keep in mind mine doesn't replace those.
