Dashboard gadget

The Saguaro Hours gadget shows one team's status for the current period on a Jira dashboard.

Add it

1. Open a dashboard and choose Add gadget.
2. Find Saguaro Hours and add it.
3. In edit mode, pick the team.

What it shows

• Team hours this period against the required hours.
• Members who are missing or have not submitted.
• Pending approvals.
• Each member's hours and status.

Who can see data

The gadget answers team members, the team lead and Jira administrators. Anyone else gets no data for that team. It returns status only, never the audit trail or comments.

Limits

• Hours need Browse permission on the issues and use the viewer's time zone.
