Privacy policy

This page covers the Saguaro Hours extension for Azure DevOps, made by LeDuc Systems LLC ("I" below; I run the company myself).

Where your data is stored

Everything the extension stores is kept in your Azure DevOps organization, in the extension data storage that Microsoft provides to extensions. That is:

I don't run a server that receives or stores this data. Microsoft hosts it as part of your organization; Microsoft's own privacy terms apply to that storage.

The extension also reads work item fields (title, type, state, area path, iteration path, tags) from your organization to show the timesheet and reports. They are read in your browser and not sent to me.

What is sent to LeDuc Systems

Only the license key, and only when:

The check is a request to https://convert.leducsystems.com/api/license/<key>. It carries the key and the normal information any web request carries (your IP address and browser user agent). No time entries, names, work items or organization details are sent. My server logs the first few characters of keys that fail the check, to help with support.

If you buy a key, the payment is handled by Stripe, and I receive the billing details you give Stripe (such as name, email and organization name) to issue and support the key.

Files you import

A Tempo CSV export you choose in "Import from Tempo" is read in your browser. It is not uploaded to me. The entries you import are stored in your organization like any other time entry.

What I don't do

No analytics, tracking pixels or advertising in the extension. I don't sell data.

Deleting data

Deleting a time entry removes it from your organization's extension storage. To keep a copy before removing the extension, export a detail CSV from Time reports. To have a license or billing record deleted, email me.
