Saguaro Hours for Azure DevOps is made by LeDuc Systems LLC, an Arizona limited liability company in Phoenix, Arizona.
Free use
You may install and use the extension for free in an Azure DevOps organization where no more than 5 people log time in any 30-day period.
Paid use
Above 5 people, a license key is needed to keep logging new time. A key is a subscription billed per user per month through Stripe. The price and seat count are shown at checkout. A subscription renews until it is cancelled; cancelling stops the next renewal. If a key lapses, existing time stays readable and exportable.
Your data
Your time data stays in your Azure DevOps organization (see the privacy policy). You are responsible for who in your organization has access to the extension. The extension's locks and approval rules run in the extension; people with direct API access to your organization's extension storage could change stored data outside the extension.
No warranty
The extension is provided as is. I work to keep it correct and available, but I don't guarantee it is free of errors. Keep your own exports of time data you need for payroll, billing or compliance. To the extent the law allows, LeDuc Systems' liability is limited to the amount you paid for the extension in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
I may update these terms; the date above changes when I do. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
