Which prices this uses
Tempo: the published Atlassian Marketplace price list for "Timesheets by Tempo - Jira Time Tracking", Cloud, the standard per-user subscription that every Jira Cloud site buys through the Marketplace. Read on 3 November 2026; Tempo last changed it on 13 October 2026. It does not include Tempo's separate add-on apps (Tempo Planner, Cost Tracker and others), and it does not know about any discount you may have negotiated.
| Jira users | Tempo per month |
|---|---|
| 1 to 10 | $10.00 flat for the site |
| 11 to 100 | $5.99 per user |
| 101 to 250 | $4.21 per user |
| 251 to 1,000 | $1.99 per user |
| 1,001 to 2,500 | $1.11 per user |
| 2,501 to 5,000 | $0.64 per user |
| 5,001 to 7,500 | $0.43 per user |
| 7,501 to 15,000 | $0.36 per user |
| 15,001 and up | $0.28 per user |
Saguaro Hours: free for up to 10 users, then $2.00 per user for users 1 to 100, $1.50 for users 101 to 250 and $1.00 per user from 251.
How the total is worked out: above 10 users, each band is charged at its own rate (graduated): for 250 users, Tempo is 100 x $5.99 + 150 x $4.21 = $1,230.50 a month, Saguaro Hours is 100 x $2.00 + 150 x $1.50 = $425.00. Annual subscriptions cost 10 times the monthly price. This matches the totals Atlassian publishes for both apps. Atlassian bills every user on your Jira license, so use your Jira user count, not the number of people who log time.
