Sprint Goals for Azure DevOps
Give every team a goal for every sprint, keep it in front of the team, and record whether it was met. Built for organizations with more than one team: each team sees only its own goal, even when teams share the same sprints.

What it does
- A Goal tab on the Sprints page, next to Taskboard, Backlog and Capacity, for the sprint and team you are looking at. A Sprint goal tab on the Backlogs page shows the current sprint's goal.
- Every team on one page. Boards > Sprint Goals lists each team's goal for its current sprint, its outcome and the team's hit rate. Pick a team to edit its goals.
- A dashboard widget with a team's current goal, days left, last sprint's outcome and the hit rate.
- Achieved, partly or missed. Judge the goal at the sprint review and add a note. A sprint that ended without an outcome asks for one.
- History. Every past goal with its outcome, a hit rate (partly counts as half) and a streak. A missed or partly achieved goal can be carried over to the next sprint in one click.
- Saves as you type. No Save button. Text typed just before the page closes is kept in the browser and saved next time. Two people editing the same goal keep both sets of changes.

The screenshots are from a test organization; the team names and goals are sample data.
