This page covers the Team Calendar Pro extension for Azure DevOps, made by LeDuc Systems LLC ("I" below; I run the company myself).
Where your data is stored
Everything the extension stores is kept in your Azure DevOps organization:
- Days off are written to Azure DevOps sprint capacity (the team's days off, or a person's days off in their capacity row). Days off that fall outside every sprint wait in the organization's Extension Data Service until they are pushed to capacity.
- Events (title, category, description, dates and repeat rule) and the calendar settings (such as the first day of the week) are stored in the organization's Extension Data Service, the storage Microsoft provides to extensions.
I do not run a server that receives or stores this data. Microsoft hosts it as part of your organization; Microsoft's own privacy terms apply to that storage.
The extension also reads team, sprint, capacity and team member information, and the members of groups (to list the people in an Entra ID or Azure DevOps group). These are read in your browser through Azure DevOps and are not sent to me.
What is sent to LeDuc Systems
Nothing. The extension makes no requests to LeDuc Systems servers. It has no analytics, tracking pixels or advertising. I do not sell data.
Files
The .ics and CSV files you export are generated in your browser and saved to your computer. A file you choose in Import is read in your browser and is not uploaded to me; the events in it are stored in your organization like any other event.
The optional export script for Microsoft's Team Calendar runs on your computer and sends your personal access token only to Azure DevOps.
Deleting data
Deleting an event or a day off removes it from your organization. Removing a day off also removes it from sprint capacity. To have anything else removed, email me.
