Team Calendar Pro for Azure DevOps is made by LeDuc Systems LLC, an Arizona limited liability company in Phoenix, Arizona.
Free use
During early access you may install and use the extension for free in any Azure DevOps organization, with every feature included. If paid plans are introduced later, this page and the Marketplace listing will say so before anything changes for existing users.
Your data
Your calendar data stays in your Azure DevOps organization (see the privacy policy). Days off are written to your sprint capacity, so anyone who can edit capacity can change them. You are responsible for who in your organization has access to the extension.
No warranty
The extension is provided as is. I work to keep it correct and available, but I do not guarantee it is free of errors. Check your sprint capacity before relying on it for planning. To the extent the law allows, LeDuc Systems' liability is limited to the amount you paid for the extension in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
I may update these terms; the date above changes when I do. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
